Well they most probably provided the house like they do for Disney stars from other places who audition for their TV shows. Like Selena Gomez for instance and Demi.
Some stars wear their own clothes for some shoots and episodes BUT like a fellow answerer said they have a big dressing room. Take note in Hannah Montana That's What Friends Are For Miley wears a top when she is watching Jake in his interview. Then watch Wizards Of Waverly Place Potian Commotion and Alex wears the shirt when she first tries the potion.
Yes I do since I live in NZ and they don't do auditions here. It would be so great if they did something like that.
Like all other stars the studios fix the hair, skin and everything else of the stars that is imperfect. I don't know why since they are always saying Nobodys Perfect. But hey it's showbiz.
